It’s lightly astringent while capturing the subtleties of chocolate, cherries, and cream beautifully. Steeping Recommendations:
1 heaping tsp · 8oz water · 208-212°F
Steep: 3 mins (mild), 5 mins (medium), 7+ mins (strong)
As always, remove from water to prevent further steeping.
