Honeybush

Origin: South Africa

Tastes very similar to Rooibos but a tad sweeter. It has a smooth & fruity body, with a sweet aroma of honey & berries, with a flavor of roses & fruit. Unlike tea, does not turn bitter with long-term simmering. Naturally caffeine-free and high in antioxidants.

Steeping Recommendations:
1 tsp of tea · 8oz water · 208-212°F
Steep: 3+ mins (longer steeps=stronger tea)
