Green tea
Origin: Kagoshima, Japan
The blending of tender leaves, stems and stem fibers (Keba) leftover from Sencha processing creates a tea with a full, creamy & enriching body, refreshingly savory-sweet taste and vibrantly colored infusion. Great for those who are sensitive to astringency.
Steeping Recommendations:
1.5 tbsp of tea · 12oz water · 185°F
First Steep: 3 mins, add 1 minute for each additional resteep
As always, take leaves out of the water to prevent further steeping.
