Black Tea
Origin: Fujian province, China
This is a classic. This tea as a strong pine smoke fragrance with a heavy, mellow taste. Great for an afternoon pick me up.
Steeping Recommendations:
1 tsp of tea · 8oz water · 208°F
First Steep: 3 mins, add 1 minute for each additional resteep
As always, take leaves out of the water to prevent further steeping.
