Spicy, peppery & rich. The fragrant, bold flavors of the spices are prominent and invigorating, with a long, warming aftertaste. Can be brewed straight, but is best when simmered on the stovetop in water and milk.
Ingredients:
black tea · ginger · black pepper
allspice · cardamom · pink pepper
cinnamon · clove · nutmeg
Steeping Recommendations:
1 tsp of tea · 6-8oz water · 208°F
Steep: 3-5 mins, add milk as desired
As always, take leaves out of the water to prevent further steeping.
