Moonlight Jasmine

Same buds as used for Jasmine Pearl, but instead of rolled, they are left in a
natural, slightly twisted shape. This results in a tea with an unimaginably rich sweetness.

Steeping Recommendations:
1 tbsp of tea · 8oz water · 175°F
Steep: 1st infusion 3 minutes, 2nd infusion 4 minutes
As always, take leaves out of the water to prevent further steeping.
