White tea

The brew has a light color and is delicate and mellow, with light, sweet and vegetal flavors. Due to it's leaf size, more leaves per cup may be needed when brewing. Weighing your tea leaves will give you consistency in your brews.

Steeping Recommendations:
a good pinch, or 0.1oz of tea · 8-12 oz water · 175°F
Steep: 2-3 mins, add 1 minute for each additional resteep
As always, take leaves out of the water to prevent further steeping.
