Due to it's leaf size, more leaves per cup may be needed when brewing. Weighing your tea leaves will give you consistency in your brews.
High Caffeine: 50 mg/cup
Steeping Recommendations:
a good pinch, or 0.1oz of tea · 8 oz water · 200-212°F
Steep: 3 mins, add 1 minute for each additional resteep
As always, take leaves out of the water to prevent further steeping.
