Steeping Recommendations:
1 heaping tsp of tea · 8 oz water · 212°F
Steep: 2-3 min (mild), 4-5 min (medium), 6-7 min (strong)
# of steeps: if brewed mild; at least 2. Add a minute of brew time for each resteep
As always, take leaves out of the water to prevent further steeping.
