Oolong teas are more oxidized than Green tea but not as oxidized as Black. This one brews a mild cup and is high in anti-oxidants.
Steeping Recommendations:
1 tsp of tea · 1 cup water · 208°F
Steep: 3-5 mins, add 1 minute for each additional resteep
As always, take leaves out of the water to prevent further steeping.
