Strong, traditional brew. Mix 2 Tbsp. evaporated milk with 1 Tbsp. sweetened condensed milk for a traditional Thai Tea. Froth up your milks and for a lovely Thai Tea Latte. This is wonderful both hot and iced!
Ingredients:
Keemun Black tea · Star Anise
Orange Peel · Cinnamon
Vanilla · Cloves
Steeping Recommendations:
1 tsp of tea · 8 oz water · 212°F
Steep: 3-5 mins
As always, take leaves out of the water to prevent further steeping.
