Luscious watermelon bubblegum cheek to cheek with sparkling lime finish
Ingredients:
Green tea · Kaffir Lime leaves · Cornflower petals · Natural Flavors
Steeping Recommendations:
1 heaping tsp (2.4g) · 8oz water · 185°F
Steep: 3-5 minutes
As always, remove from water to prevent further steeping.
For a pot:
18oz/2cups: 2 heaping tsp
36oz/4cups: 1 heaping tbsp
48oz/6cups: 2 heaping tbsp
For Iced Tea:
One cup:
2 heaping tsps · ½ cup water · 185°F
Steep: 3-5 mins
Add a minimum of 1 cup of ice cubes (some will melt)
Let cool for a minute then enjoy your iced tea!
1 liter/quart:
6 heaping tsps · 1 1/4 cups water · 185°F
Steep: 5 minutes
Quarter fill a serving pitcher with cold water. Pour the tea into your serving pitcher straining the leaves.
Add ice and top-up the pitcher with cold water. Garnish and sweeten to taste. A rule of thumb when
preparing fresh brewed iced tea is to double the strength of hot tea since it will be poured over ice and
diluted with cold water.
